Imagine the utilities on a home like that......the expense for gardeners....pool upkeep, you know the gated community has astronomical fees....the California taxes. She has only rented, does she understand what the maintenance on a place like that would be? And what happens when she can't afford a 30k house payment per month? Loan companies are very strict now based on the pandemic, people with great credit are struggling to get home loans. She would need a jumbo loan, those are so difficult to secure. She should try and buy a normal million dollar home, like Jason....which is very modest in LA area....and try to pay it off fast while money is coming in. Why does she need all of that?

It's actually a bit shocking how easy it usually is to buy a car...they can make just about anything work if you're willing to sign on the dotted line for a big payment.
