I used to live close to her until I moved closer to Austin. I don't know much about her nor have I ever met her personally. I have met her boyfriend dogman though. People are claiming she's German American but it's possible she is mixed with some other race, maybe she's even adopted but never addressed it and wanted to keep it private. To me, she looks like her parents would be a light skinned African person mixed with a German person. The texture and thickness of her hair combined with some of her features like you said (lips, nose) make me strongly believe she's mixed. Has she ever shown her parents? Even if her parents are both fully white, it's always possible she was adopted.

True, also some people of scottish descent tend to have really thick, curly hair.
