I wanted to be offended by this, and say that it’s abit of a stretch because I’ve had a fringe since I was legit 11 years old (now 23) but tbf my mental health has never been good lol

Honestly most people look good with a fringe, the just I’ve a bit of a rep for being a spur of the moment at-home hairdo during stress.

I say this as someone who cut myself a full fringe 3 weekend before being signed off work with depression haha

So many things to comment on:
1 - what the hell is that fringe?? She needs to stop bleaching her hair too or it’s genuinely going to fall out.
2 - this app is so copied off others but also she doesn’t even do fitness anymore and doesn’t even have any pt qualifications. So who has wrote these programmes and have they even been trialled before hand by normal people not with good genetics?

It’s also supposed to be tailored, how is that going to happen? The GFG guides were just copy and paste bullshit as was the grow booty guides or whatever that came with the barbell pad/resistance band/cable pad sets. (This was when I got screwed over by grace and majorly began to dislike her and I think this is when she started changing from realistic likeable uni student to overbearing self centered rich girl who will screw over her fans for money).

3 - does she realise linked in is supposed to be a professional website and not somewhere to post photos with your saggy boobs and nipples out??! Her businesses will most likely fail, as her fans will get annoyed with shoddy service and future employers will see her linked in and be put off.

JFC, her Shreddy app is just like Sweat by Kayla Itsines - nothing groundbreaking about it. She hardly workouts, looks extremely soft and has put on a heap of weight and she looks greasy 24/7.

Grace if you are reading this, none of what you have done is new. At least Natacha Oceane actually works out and her plans work (I have gotten really good results from the Cut Reload and Build guides).

Looking back at her Instagram even 2 years ago to 2017 and wow, she looks far far happier and healthier back then, the difference in her body and herself is really shocking and quite a shame

but seriously it looks way worse in the 1:30am selfies she just posted on her instagram story. as someone else said final judgment is personal styling. salon styling can make the worst hair look great. i have a feeling it will quickly look terrible

Emily's doing her MA, and after doing one myself I do not blame her for not doing the PA job alongside it. It has probably been the hardest year of my life.
