Re: Healthy (and delicious) snacks
I love this Youtube channel, keepupwithliv. It gives me lots of ideas for healthy eating!
I swear by these brownie bites, they really hit the spot if I'm fancying something chocolatey!
Brownie Bites:
1/2 cup applesauce
2 scoops protein powder or collagen peptides http://amzn.to/2s4tuDB OR 1/4 cup flour of choice (I suggest brown rice)
1/4 cup peanut butter or almond butter (sub with sunflower seed butter if allergic to nuts) http://amzn.to/2sT06fO
1/4 cup cocoa powder http://amzn.to/2s4g1eF
Bake at 400F 8-10 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
If I'm craving something sweet and super quick, I melt some 70% dark chocolate with a bit of almond milk in the microwave until it's liquid, but not too much, then I dip half of dried appricots in it, so delicious!
If I want something savoury, parmesan kale chips are a great option!

One of my go-tos is the world's easiest banana 'ice cream'.
I'll just cut up some bananas, freeze them so I have them on hand, and whenever I'm dying for a cold treat, I'll blitz some banana chunks up in a food processor with a little bit of unsweetened cocoa powder. Tastes like regular choc ice cream to me, but it's literally just fruit and cocoa.
I think it works with other fruits as well, but this hits the spot well enough for me that I haven't tried any alternatives.

I just love to eat snacks, but I have not heard about healthy snacks
