I don't see the issue with her having a phone case with stickers? If that's what she likes, then that's what she likes.

It’s not professional and almost disrespectful to the client. I like wearing sweatpants and loungewear, but I can’t just show up to work meeting wearing sweatpants being like “that’s what I like” and expect to be taken seriously.

There’s a time and place for stickers and expressing yourself as a (adult?) 5 year old, and it’s not in a work setting lol

I totally get your point but I think she is a well put together woman and I sort of actually admire her and her content. So it's really hard to judge her for stickers.
