literally 95% of them have little no skills. Most of them just know how to do make-up on themselves which really doesn't count.
They don't know how to advise other people for color matching or figuring out skin tones. They just say what they use, i think the term guru is so bull on youtube. As a make-up artist myself employed by a company you have to tell people whats good for them or give advice, these girls dont even answer a simple question. smh

It blows my mind even more when they can't even apply it correctly to THEMSELVES.

Almost all of them.

I particularly dislike Xsparkage's make up style because of how gaudy it is. Her tutorials are only good for Halloween, even her self-proclaimed "wearable" looks.

Ashtagmakeuplove, Nicole matthews (worst eyebrows I've ever seen), littlemissstyleguru, Tanya burr (limited ability), tarababyz (seriously needs to blend her eyeshadow) and probably more but that's all I can think of.

I made an account just so I could comment. Her makeup is awful. I don't understand how anyone could trust a "MUA" who's makeup looks bad on themselves. But Ya anyone else agree? She's hideous! Yikes

LeahMouse. She does lots of "gothy" types of videos but her hair & makeup ones are just dreadful. Her eyebrows are terrifying

Marina Joyce not really a guru but she uploads tutorials every once in awhile. she really over does the scene girl makeup and i generally can't stand her

Muddy eyeshadows, bronzer and contouring, Brown face white neck. Seriously crooked wingliner. Actually it's not that often you see such a bad wing and especially for someone who claims to be a MUA to the stars

iheartmakeup92...she loves to cake on the foundation and bronzer/contour, her eyebrows are awful, and her eye looks are either unblended or sub par at best. Although I'll admit in her latest foundation routine she seems to have improved on not over doing it with the contour.
