teeth whitening?

man, i know every youtuber and their cousin has a whitening system they're peddling, but has anyone on here had genuine luck w/ any of it? i'm worried about anything wearing away at the enamel but i have a wedding coming up and am self conscious abt my teeth. too much coffee, too much red wine.

Try those whitening strips they sell at the stores. They worked for me. The only problem is that it made my teeth horribly sensitive.

I've been using crest prohealth HD and it surprisingly helped a little bit, though the two-step toothbrushing process is something to get used to.

Try rinsing your mouth with hydrogen peroxide(just a tiny amount) Ive done it for the past 3 years and it works great

Crest White Strips are great. My uncle is a Dentist and he says he has people come in all the time who have amazingly white teeth and he always assumes they went to another Dentist to have it done. Whenever he asks them about it they always tell him they used White Strips.

Also, another product that works great is the Plus White Tooth Whitening system. It's super cheap ($8) and works amazingly well. For $8 you get at least three months of treatments out of it. You can check out Kandee Johnson's Youtube video on how to use it and take a look at what kind of results you can get.

Keep in mind that everyone's teeth have their own sort of "maximum white," so someone else's results might not match what you can get.

I mix baking soda and lemon, then brush my teeth with that once in a while

Lemon is harmful to tooth enamel.

Any whitening harms tooth enamel. Try to apply the baking soda and toothpaste. Or fillers.
