It’s so funny cause mama doesn’t even hide that she dislikes him lol. You can feel the tension between them. Mother in laws love their son in laws to the point that they are literally another son. Especially in ethnic households. The fact they have 0 relationship says so much. Mama does not fuck with him at all. And they can try get her to give a little smile at him or say she likes him in a vlog but everyone can see through it. He doesn’t even make effort to be liked by her. He makes no effort to understand her culture/her language. He’s awkward around her parents after 3 years? There’s a lot we don’t know but it’s obvious they aren’t happy with her choice of husband. Her parents have been somewhat accepting of their relationship and still to this day there is no real bond with her parents/brother. It’s very telling.

YES the least he can do is TRY to learn their language, culture, etc. My brother in laws wife isn't Armenian but she makes the effort to learn it and cooks Armenian dishes as well. They're even reaching their baby both of their cultures/languages. Same with my sister in laws bf, he's not Armenian but he makes the effort to learn it too.
Idk man, some people simply don't care to form a relationship or they're just flat out stupid.
Do you guys remember how he sat apart from mama and naz in their vlog when they were eating in n out before birth? (And his back was facing them) which I believe in some middle eastern cultures is wrong. Lol My mom would've slapped me if I didn't eat with her or the guests in the house EVEN IF I DON'T HAVE A RELATIONSHIP with them

You are so spot on it's not even funny. Her mom kisses her ass, which actually isn't common among ME mothers and daughters, so you would think she would kiss his ass twice as much. Mel also has never done anything with just Baba on their own...and Mel doesn't seem to have a relationship with Naz's brother.... something smells.
