Can I just say to Mariar and the world that Osteo BiFlex is making its creators rich, but that's about it? Everyone who knows I have orthopedic problems recommends that shit at some point (also acupuncture and yoga), and I gave the Trader Joe's brand version a good long try, but the only thing it seemed to affect is my wallet. Even the people who recommend it to me acknowledge that it doesn't "always" do anything for their various joints. Put it down, Mariar. Back away slowly.
