Med school is more prestigious than occupational therapy. Abe and Joan made everyone believe that Abe was so smart that he got into med school and will be a medical doctor. That's like the number one asian profession to aspire to be. Most people do not know what an occupational therapist does. But the fact that he's going to be one and did not even correct anyone when they all congratulated him on med school is low.

she looks skinnier than idols tbh........ i actually think most idols look healthy (at least they have muscles) and i do envy their figure but for joan, she's really just a walking stick and it doesn't look good. how does she lose so much weight, you think she'd starve herself?

I agree she looks thinner than idols. After all that weight loss she looks extremely masculine. She has no curves (you can def be skinny and have curves). She looks like a prepubescent girl or boy. Its especially evident when shes in swimsuits she looks like a boy. She seems more out of it then she usually is so i wonder if the severe weightloss is impacting her brain and making her feel dizzy all the time. It was concerning when she wore the red dress with a deep v and there was absolutely no cleavage whatsoever. Then in one pic she pushed her one boob up like crazy to get some sembalence of cleavage. So it looks like quick weight loss so theres loose skin from her boobs so he boobs are probably flopped down and so she can still get to cleavage if she pushes them up compared to loosing weight in her boobs and theyve just became flat. Sorry i talked so much about her chest, its just evidenxe of frightening weight loss and a possible eating disorder.

Im too lazy to check but im sure she had a more regular adult woman body shape before when she was at a normal weight. Iirc she wasnt flat chested even if her boobs werent big.

But who knows maybe she likes being completely flat chested. In her latest style video where her hair was AWFUL she posed in an outfit with a bandeau twist bra which really showed that she was absolutely 100% flat. As flat as a thin prepubescent child. She never wore stuff like that before so shes obviously more confident this crazy skinny and flat. I just hope theres no eating disorder

I found Joan's YT channels about two years ago and while I was never a subscriber, I would occasionally watch her videos for fun. However over the last year, I've found that I can't watch more than just a couple minutes of her content.

It is hard to fathom that this woman graduated from Berkeley when her English speaking skills are cringeworthy and give me second-hand embarrassment. Her skincare/makeup skills are horrendous (I don't know how anyone could possibly follow her recommendations). She acts like a high schooler with wanting to buy or try out whatever is the latest trend for fashion or beauty. Instead of finding the right fit or style for her, she copies whatever Jennie from BlackPink wears (and her obsession with BP is seriously creepy). She talks about wanting to stop shopping fast fashion and live a more sustainable/minimalist lifestyle, but she buys new things left and right. I just feel that she hasn't shown any growth in the last couple of years as an individual, both personally and professionally through YT.

It wouldn't surprise me at all to find out that she's been strictly dieting to look like her Kpop idols. I really hope she doesn't have an eating disorder just to fit into the idol mold, as she has a lot of impressionable young viewers.

I’ve been watching Korean Englishman’s channel a lot. He has better korean and english than her. He doesn’t even live in korea. How sad is that. A few of his friends who are learning korean are also becoming much better speakers than Joan.
