Formal/prom dress help

Hi! I need some help with deciding on a formal (prom) dress for the end of high school because I can't make up my mind I've narrowed it down to these ones, and I'm kind of leaning towards getting the red one but I'm getting mixed opinions on it. Any help would be appreciated!
If it helps, I have pale, cool to neutral skin.

Yes! It's really nice, I'll probably buy it anyway even if I decide on a different dress since it's quite inexpensive ($30 AUD)
