That house looks a lot like the one I wanted him to buy a few months ago! Big prayers that this one is in a gated community with human security and that the psychos stay away! I am nosy as hell and would love to look at the listing for it, but not at the expense of his potential address getting out there.

Depending on how much time you have on your hands and how bored you are, you can go look through all the houses in LA for sale and find with with a similar view from a bedroom lol.

Look there is no way David will keep his address hidden. I'm not saying he should just release it or make it easy, but what I am saying is that he better damn well make sure this one is in a gated community for has some pretty major fencing, gates and privacy by itself.

I agree. Like even if they aren’t one of the people who drive up to their homes, they’re still just as weird. Who cares where they live. You’ll figure out if they’re living in a gated community or not if/when David or any vs members mention it in any vlogs

So David made an appearance on his copycat's vlog. I honestly couldn't tell apart the copycat and the guy that David surprised. And was that a Dolan twin? I'm so confused lol. I do wonder what David thinks about him copying pretty much everything except the 4:20 min mark.

Oh my god they do, that clip made me so uncomfortable. It reminds me of that one youtuber (or really tons of girls tbh) who took up Ariana Grandes entire look and persona and never addressed it but it was so obvious she was trying to be her.

Edit: oh my god I just realized the guy that’s trying to be like David is apart of the TikTok version of Team 10. No wonder all these youtubers are hanging around lately

Anyone with real estate market knowledge know if he kept his current house and rented it out like Airbnb style...would it earn him money?

I'd think yes, since it's the "views" house and people would love to spend a weekend there. It's a nice enough house that even if you don't know DD or VS, it might generate guests.
But I'd also think no, since his fanbase is kind of young. I don't know if they can afford what would be a couple hundred, maybe even couple thousand depending on the length of stay.
