I was about to comment on her posture as well! But I’m not surprised she has crappy posture because that corresponds with her crappy lifting techniques too! She is so internally rotated because she doesn’t lift properly and she doesn’t lift properly because she has bad posture, and just overall poor body awareness. It’s so infuriating to see her form and the way she coaches and then to see all the followers she has. There are very very few fitness “influencers” who actually have good form and she is not included in there. Someone should retitle her workout videos as “how to hurt yourself when lifting” lmao. And the seltzer is going to tank like everything else they do they’re grasping at straws to stay relevant and will continue to do so every time some new fad comes out. They rely on fads because nothing they do is innovative and they have no intelligence to be forward thinkers. Smart entrepreneurs INNOVATE, not mimic. I wonder what it’s like to wake up as a sham every day
