the new house was built in 1999 so it was definitely remodeled to be a mcmansion. here in texas we have a different style of mcmansion but its still the same trend where every single house looks the same - yeah they look nice but its built like shit and the materials are cheap

Yup definitely a Mcmansion. There was another Youtuber who did a video in the same cookie cutter house exact same exterior, just different appliances and I don't think there was a wine rack. Same house just different location.
