I've recently become a huge movie lover and I thought it would be interesting to hear
I really dislike:
Paranormal Activity 3&4
The Last Exorcism (painfully stupid)
Shallow Hal
Knocked Up
Black Swan
The Naked City
And my most hated is Requiem for a Dream, I don't know why but, to me it was extremely unsettling and I couldn't get the damn music out of my head and it made me anxious.
Least favorite movies.

I'm right there with you. I was forced to go see one with my dad and brother when I was younger and was miserable the whole time.Angie V wrote: Also please don't hate me but the Star Wars movies are boring as fuck.

My roommate LOVES them and forced me to watch them with her after being outraged about that fact that I've never seen them. Omfg, I almost fell asleep.allcarriedaway wrote:I'm right there with you. I HATE action movies.
You might notice some spelling mistakes or grammar errors. Sorry, not a native English speaker.

The scariest thing about paranormal activity was the price! What a waste and even though I didn't pay for it, I was furious my friend did because his sister wanted to see it.allcarriedaway wrote:I've recently become a huge movie lover and I thought it would be interesting to hear

I couldn't agree more with Black Swan, such a load of pretentious over-rated shit.

Re: Least favorite movies.
Right? I guess the first and second paranormal activities were alright and I think they should have ended it there, they just got really predictable and redundant, like give it up already.inventive wrote:The scariest thing about paranormal activity was the price! The Strangers! I watched it because everyone said how it was 'one of the scariest movies they've ever seen' but it BORED ME SO MUCH. I literally almost fell asleep.

As you made this post, he snuck away with the Declaration of Independence. Lol, I can't stand his movies, either.nothinggold wrote:Anything with Nicolas Cage
I didn't really like any of the Batman movies, like the Dark Knight and all those. I don't know, just couldn't get into them. Also, any romantic comedy that is predictable every minute.
Re: Least favorite movies.
Yeah he ruined Ghost Rider for me. That was one of my favorite comic book characters too.nothinggold wrote:Anything with Nicolas Cage

I generally like most movies I watch. The only one I can think of that I was the most disappointed in was Star Trek V: The Final Frontier. I love William Shatner, but he should have never been allowed to direct that movie.

I generally don't like rom coms as I don't relate to the female characters and don't fancy the male characters. I have to admit I don't watch that many mainstream films as I find a lot of them assume the audience is a bit thick.

Omg yes! The ending of knowing was terrible, it started off good and turned into sci fi bullshit. And we watched the forgotten at school... Again, good movie bad ending.red_nails7 wrote:"knowing" -.-

Agreed. Or Tom Cruise.
Another one I hate. The Last Song. I love Nicholas Sparks' books and I've read many of them including ones like Dear John and The Last Song. The Last Song was a beautiful book that actually brought me to tears (It's rare when a book makes me cry) so when I heard a movie was coming out, I thought, "Awesome! Can't wait to see it." Well let's just say I was less than pleased. Miley Cyrus--while I have no real problem with her, her acting in this movie was horrendous. I felt like she put no emotion at all into her character; she didn't even LOOK like the character. In the book, Ronnie had dark brown/purple hair, constantly wore black and was described to be gothic/emo looking. Yeah...Miley didn't fit that at all.

Re: Least favorite movies.
Any of the paranormal activity movies, especially 4. What the hell was that?
Silent House, I liked the concept of a one take movie but I honestly couldn't get past her scared face, yikes. I'll admit though the end was interesting.
I don't really like many mainstream movies out there now.
