I almost feel bad attempting to answer these since I don't have the vast database of phan knowledge at my fingertips like some do
ahem, so I can only answer generically.
1. some time ago we voted, and most people
on this forum seem to think so:

6. informally the no homo phase was 2012-early 2013 (after the v-day video resurfaced), when dan said things like he and phil aren't a double act and he and phil aren't joined at the hip, and dan's subscriber count exploded (surpassing phil's) with all the new fans adopting his mentality and self-policing the phandom, and dan wanted to be his own person/successful without phil, and frequently implied he was straight, and some think there was an air of overall tension between them, and their fans
