Speaking of Hushin, I just came from the channel and saw the following video:

Turns out, Casey wants to become more "efficient" at shooting a pistol. It's legal in Idaho to carry a gun and he wants to up his skill and start carrying his.

Ugh. If he's so worried about his family being safe, why doesn't he start with being home more often?

I think it's lmmomSD who has often brought up the time, during the 2016 winter, when Casey wasn't home, Kayli was pregnant and got stuck in the snow with the kids. Rather than being worried about a shooter harming his family in a theatre or a grocery store, he should be making sure that winter situation, or something else like it, never happens again.

Here's to hoping to God Winston never gets his hands on that gun.

Didn't realize I bring it up a lot, lol. I was just so appalled by the whole situation. The fact that he left his pregnant wife with 3 kids alone in an Idaho winter, and the fact that nobody at Shay's house answered the phone? You know Shay was up probably looking at porn and drinking. Even if he couldn't drive, he could wake Colette up. And you know they have caller ID so they knew who was calling. If that had happened to me, that would have been my husband's last hunting trip for quite a while.
And his answer to protecting his family is to be better at shooting people? How about being there, getting a real job, and not putting them on the internet anymore?

So Casey and his family were at the waterslides to celebrate Carlie’a birthday, but there was no site of shay/Colette and the kids. Then a couple hours later shay and Colette are over at Carlie’s house and there’s no site of Casey or Kayli.

Hmmm. Looks like they both had separate activities to spend the day with Carlie for her birthday. Last year the whole family was together.

Funny how Casey and Carlie were all up in Shay's ass when he was on top of the world and a YouTube Midas who constantly promoted their channels, but now that he's down and out (compared to what he was), the bond has seemed to weaken.

I have a different (conspiracy) theory:

There was speculation that, in 2017, Casey was babysitting Shay to help keep him from drinking. Some people thought, rather than going on one hunting trip after another, Casey was, literally, with Shay all the time for weeks at a time. If that was the case, Casey was sacrificing time away from his family and his business to be there for Shay. If this actually happened, I'm sure Shay paid Casey for his time, but Casey probably saw it as an act of love.

But then, what if, after all that sacrifice on Casey's part, Shay started drinking again? What if, by doing so, Casey was disappointed in him and reached the end of his patience when it came to Shay and his demons?

Maybe that's why there is an obvious rift.

My secondary theory is that Shay had either been giving them money or paying for something and then abruptly stopped--putting Casey in an unexpected lurch--and Casey was pissed.

Orrrr Casey and everyone else in that family can just be very disgusted and disappointed in everything that shay has become. You know some deep shit must have happened if even Carlie has backed off shay AND his family. She was the queen at finding a way to use them in thumbnails. His family had him just as high up on a pedestal as his fans, they probably can’t even recognize him anymore.

Do you guys think Kayli and Casey were forced to move out of their house because the family wanted Shay to move into it? He could be upset over that. Even though Kayli seemed excited to move, it did kind of seem like any interaction between Casey and Shay stopped being SM'd around fall of last year (when they moved).

I'm sure Kayli was excited to move away from Shay and that tiny house. Casey would be pissed to be forced to move and have to have another mortgage instead of living rent free. Especially if it was short notice and he had plans to spend all his money on stupid shit.

I am assuming they were low cut/see through and not Molly Mormon enough. The misery of growing up in a Uber religious community. It will only get worse when she is expected to find a man/compete with all the other blonde Mormons in her community.

I think a lot of that had to do with the fact they wanted all the girls to match and Colette is way more modest than Kayli. I heard Kayli say, they had enough for all the cousins, so I’m thinking they wanted all the girls to match. Anyone remember the t shirts under the fancy dresses at the Streamys?

Ugh, I hate that! Why let the girls buy inappropriate dresses and then ruin the way they look by putting a white t-shirt under them? The daughter from the EhBee family was there, and looked very nice in an age appropriate black dress.

Whenever I see that white T-shirt under strappy dress look I think it's more of a statement of "look how modest we are" than actually being for the sake of modesty. If your shoulders are that sacred surely a cardigan is more of a natural choice

Or a little bolero jacket... Those white t-shirts are hideous, and I don't understand why they let the girls pick out dresses that are way too old for them anyway. I get it's a special occasion, but you can look pretty and not look like a cross between a pageant girl and a "modest" Mormon.
