On the inside.

My day always starts out with 30 minutes of meditation, in which I reflect on the day before and prepare myself for the day ahead.

What are you all doing to keep yourselves emotionally healthy?

ASMR videos! They relax me in a way that yoga and meditation are supposed to do, but never have for me.

Going for a nice peaceful walk (this is more for good weather though) and enjoying the beauty of nature.

Working out -- going for a run and doing weight training. This is not only good for you physically, but can also help you relax and work off stress. Something I am going to work on more after I graduate.

Getting enough sleep. This can mean the difference between a great day and an awful cranky day
