I use their bar soaps on my face and my complexion has improved so much. It started with the African Black Soap bar, and I wanted to add in some other ones too for when I don't really need an acne-fighting soap.

I just want to get their lavender bath oil and then I'm on a strict no-buy til the end of February.

Welp, I caved and bought Maybelline's "Touch of Spice" lipstick after hearing people rave about it, and I love it immensely. I wish it was more of a matte-matte than a soft matte, but it'll do

I returned touch of spice because it was a dupe (at least to me) of the Rimmel Kate 104. I find that formula to be more of a true matte.

Just went to Sephora today and bought the Anastasia DipBrow in Medium Brown - my hand was covered in swatches of all the shades. I couldn't decide between Medium Brown and Chocolate; the only difference is that Chocolate has slightly more prominent red/brown tones in it. Oh, and I got a Beauty Blender with a gift card. Bye bye cakeface!

Thanks for posting this at such a convenient time, I was looking at the Anastasia brow pomades today and couldn't decide. I really hate brow products with red in them.

Went to ULTA I bought a new hair straightener from Babybliss so my mom can have my old one that she likes. They were having a deal and gave me a blender.

Also found the Macadamia Oil shampoo on sale at TJ Maxx for half the price. I have the masque and it's nice, so I figured I would see if it's worth the hype.

1. Smashbox Photo Finish Foundation Primer (not too impressed, makeup didn't go on or stay any better than using no primer).
2. Smashbox Photo Finish Undereye Primer (I like it. Concealer went on smoother and there was less creasing).
3. Smashbox Full Exposure Mascara (not bad but I like the Maybelline Falsies Mascara better). Luckily I bought all 3 together in a sample box from Ulta so I didn't waste much money.
4. LA Girl Pro Concealer (only used it once so far with undereye primer and it's alright for the price which was $2.50. It covers well, didn't crease. I'm going to try it without using a primer and see how it is).
5. Real Techniques Powder Brush (love it!)

Recently bought Luna cream color base, Angelic pressed pigment and Vanilla pigment all from MAC. I've been looking for a more silver/cooler toned highlight and those were the closest things I could find. If anyone has any recommendations let me know!

I just bought the Cetaphil cleanser for normal to oily skin. I have dry skin but the creamy cleanser doesn't remove makeup at all. It's a little drying but it removes all my makeup. I use the cerave creamy cleanser in the am to gently wash, normal cleanser or fab cleanser with my clarisonic at night. New favorite drugstore cleanser.
