This blog was posting about this in July saying it was going to be available in the fall. It is possible that she "bought" it and then got PR, but then again she probably "bought" it with a gift card from Sephora.

Her showing her receipt on SC totally proves that she reads here. It wasn't talked about NEAR enough in her comments for her to rant like that but we talked about it quite a bit here.
